All tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. Tuition rates are the same for all 9 months of classes. This year our season runs August-April.
- Tuition must be paid by cash, check, credit card or online through your Parent Portal Login (PayPal is no longer an optional payment method).
- If tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month your card on file will be charged your monthly tuition with an additional $15 LATE FEE (no exceptions).
- If your card on file declines, and after 30 days tuition has not been paid there will be a $50 re-registration fee, as well as the $15 late fee.
- If the tuition balance has not been cleared by the start of the following month your dancer will not be allowed into class and the spot will go to the next dancer on our waiting list.
We have provided a locked mail-box beside our studio door where you can drop off payment at your convenience.
- TUITION IS NOT PRORATED FOR ABSENCES OR WEATHER DAYS.
- When any given month contains more than (4) of the same weekday those will be considered “bank days.”
- If we have an unexpected snow day etc. the studio will use one of its “bank days.”
Please note on your studio calendar that we have scheduled two free make-up days for the season (one fall, one spring) and all students are welcome to attend.
